We accept all indemnity (traditional) insurances and payments from non-participating PPOs at our Azle, TX dental office.

Our team will be happy to check your insurance benefits and let you know how they apply to your treatment. We submit all claims electronically, which speeds up the turnaround time. We also submit a predetermination of dental benefits to help in budgeting for your treatment and help you avoid any unpleasant surprises.
